Milo’s Barbers Limited maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

Currently we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses) This also excludes PO Box addresses.

Your order will be sent within five working days after it has been placed. We endeavour to ensure that your package reaches you in the shortest possible time.

Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:

  • Our stock availability
  • Your delivery address
  • When you make your order selection
  • Circumstances impacting delivery by Royal Mail or third party couriers.

We kindly ask you not to hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of your order.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery charge will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail.

For deliveries that are too large for letterboxes and in the event that no one is at the address when Royal Mail makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and Royal Mail leaves with the package. Follow instructions on this note for redelivery or collection. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you with seven working days to make alternative arrangements.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address when the order is placed. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The Royal Mail provides more detailed information should you wish to read more.
